The Federal and State governments have determined that the construction industry is an essential service and it is not subject to the current restrictions on non-essential public gatherings. In addition, our display homes are able to operate as they are considered a retail facility. This means that you are permitted to attend our display home by appointment.

Under stage 3 restrictions, a sales consultant can conduct a private inspection of a display home for a potential purchaser, provided that only one potential purchaser is in attendance. If there is more than one potential purchaser in attendance, all attendees must ordinarily reside in the same premises (i.e. if they are a couple or family that live together). 

We are continuing to maintain high levels of hygiene throughout our display home. This includes ensuring our display home and sales office are regularly cleaned and disinfected.
